Each source page (set on the Policy tab) shows when it was last checked, a fingerprint of its text, and whether it changed. A weekly job re-fetches every page and compares fingerprints; Check sources in the header does it now. A changed page flags the provider in the review queue and, when a model is configured, queues a change review. Mark verified clears the flag.

History

Every save of the provider or one of its playbooks writes a revision with its version, the change note, when and who. Restore brings any revision back as a new version; nothing is overwritten.
