Sending (Resend)
The Resend API key (it needs sending permission, and reading for inbound attachments), the sender name and the sender address on a domain verified in Resend. The badge reads Ready once they are set. The switch Email the family automatically when a case moves turns on the lifecycle notifications: request received, case started, a document asked for, received or sent back, and everything done. Switch it off to run silently. Send me a test email sends a real message to your address so the sender domain can be checked.Receiving (the return path)
Every case email carries a reply-to ofcases+<reference>@<your receiving domain> and
the reference in the subject. Set the reply-to address on a domain or subdomain whose
MX record points at Resend (no plus tag here), and paste the webhook signing secret
from the Resend endpoint that posts to the URL shown under Webhook endpoint to add in
Resend. Subscribe that endpoint to email.received and the delivery events listed.
Replies then appear under Mail within a minute, filed on their case with
attachments stored as documents.

The list of email templates with their subject lines: transactional ones the back office sends itself, lifecycle ones pasted into Resend Broadcasts. Their source is in the repository’smarketing/emails folder.
