Timeline

Every audit row for the case, newest first: when, who (an operator’s email, engine for the state machine, family for the client app), the action key, and the summary. Rows marked shown to family are what the family sees as Updates.

Emails

Each email sent for the case with its subject, delivery status (sent, delivered, delayed, bounced, complained, failed, skipped when mail is unset, or dry run), recipients and the template used. A bounce on a step’s email fails that step so it shows in Needs attention.

Automated runs

Each email, webhook or API run: the adapter, whether it ran automatically or after approval, its status (running, succeeded, failed, dry run) and, under request / response, the exact payload sent and what came back.
