The heading line says how many estates are open and how many are assigned to you. All cases opens the Cases screen.

The six counts

A banner appears above the queues when received mail needs a case or sent mail bounced, with a link to Mail.

The queues

Waiting for approval, Ready for an operator and Needs attention list the individual steps, newest first: provider, outcome, step title, case reference, estate and age. Each links to the case’s Accounts tab; the first also has Open queue for the Approvals screen.

Pipeline

The funnel shows Opened → Started → Complete with the conversion from each stage to the next and a note on what is stuck (still in intake, active or waiting). Cancelled cases are counted beside it, outside the funnel. Under it, a line on the knowledge base: how many providers are published and draft, and whether AI research is running.

Recent activity

The newest audit rows with a link to the case. Audit log opens the full record.
