One row per document: its kind (death certificate, proof of relationship, executor’s photo ID, probate or letters of administration, extract of the will, and so on), its status, the file, and when it was requested.
For a received document, operators can correct its kind (a family sometimes uploads
the will under death certificate), then Accept or Send back with a note on what
was wrong.
Document steps in a playbook ask the family automatically when the case starts. A
document that arrives by email through Mail is filed here too, marked
with the sender.
